It is wrong to say that there is no concept of immunity in islam

10)Immunity to judges against contempt in constitution and cotempt of court law.
These are only few examples dozens more can be produced.We must not cofuse the concept of equality of every citizen and his or her equality before law with the necessities and duties of the state & its functionries.
